First, compare the main structural characteristics of the crane
1. The main beam of the European-style crane adopts a box-type beam structure. The advantages of this structure are reasonable structure and relatively high structural strength. The electric hoist is firmly combined with the lower wing of the main beam without any safety hazards. The European-style crane increases the effective lifting height, thereby increasing the effective working space, and the net height of the space can reach 1.5 meters. In addition, the wheel pressure of the European-style crane is relatively small, so the track-bearing beam will be reduced.
2. The traditional crane is limited by the design of the electric hoist, and can only adopt the traditional lower I-beam structure. This structure is very unreasonable, and its utilization rate is relatively low. The most important thing is that the combination of the hoist of the crane and the lower wing I-beam of the main beam will lead to an increase in the incidence of crane separation accidents.
Second, compare the space size of the crane
1. The space design of the European crane is more reasonable, with a light and beautiful appearance, in line with the aesthetics of modern industry, and can make reasonable and effective use of the limited space of the factory. The limit distance from the hook of the European crane to the walls on both sides is relatively small, and the clearance height is low.
2. The appearance of the traditional crane is relatively thick and bulky, which does not meet the current design requirements, and its vertical and horizontal limit dimensions are relatively large. Under the same factory structure, the space utilization rate of the traditional crane is relatively low.
