How to maintain the ground-operated remote control electric hoist on a daily basis? The technicians sorted it out as follows:
1. The newly installed electric hoist or the electric hoist installed after disassembly and inspection should first be tested several times with an empty car. But before the installation is completed, it is forbidden to test it with power on.
2. Before normal use, a static load test with a rated load of 125%, lifting about 100 mm from the ground, and 10 minutes should be carried out to check whether it is normal.
3. The dynamic load test is to test the rated load weight, repeatedly lift and move left and right, and check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable after the test.
4. During use, it is forbidden to use it in an unallowed environment, and when the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times) are exceeded.
5. During installation, commissioning and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the limit position, the distance from the hook shell to the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the wire rope safety circle on the drum should be guaranteed, and the effective safety circle must be more than 2 circles.
6. It is not allowed to press two flashlight switch buttons that make the electric hoist move in opposite directions at the same time.
7. After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply must be pulled open to cut off the power supply.
8. The electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person, and the operator should fully master the safety operating procedures. It is strictly forbidden to pull or lift obliquely.
9. During use, the electric hoist must be inspected regularly by a dedicated person, and timely measures must be taken when a fault is found, and the fault must be carefully recorded.
10. When adjusting the braking slippage of the electric hoist, the braking slippage S should be guaranteed to be less than or equal to V/100 under the rated load (V is the distance of stable lifting within one minute under load).
11. Wire rope scrapping standard: The inspection and scrapping standards of wire ropes shall be implemented in accordance with CB/T5972-1986 "Practical Specifications for Inspection and Scrapping of Wire Ropes for Hoisting Machinery".
12. Sufficient lubricating oil must be kept during use of the electric hoist, and the lubricating oil must be kept clean and should not contain impurities and dirt.
13. When oiling the wire rope, a hard brush or a small piece of wood should be used. It is strictly forbidden to oil the working wire rope directly by hand.
14. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to suspend heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts.
15. During use, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately.
16. Pay special attention to the condition of wearing parts during use.
17. After a long period of continuous operation, the 10~20 ton hoist may automatically power off. This is the overheat protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be lowered and continue to work after a period of time when the motor cools down.
