9 Sets Overhead Crane for Baosteel Zhanjiang project
Since 2014, Henan Mine has carefully manufactured 71 sets of lifting equipment for Baosteel Zhanjiang Cold Rolling 2030 project and 1550 project. Among them, the 15 cranes in the rolling warehouse and the finished product reservoir all adopt the new unattended technology, which can realize the functions of three-dimensional positioning of the crane, automatic search and loading and unloading, and is also an important part of Baosteel WMS (Warehouse management system). In 2016, Baosteel Group was awarded the "excellent supplier". Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel three blast furnace system project, the construction and operation concept of "simple, efficient, low cost, high quality", and the new standard of ultra-low emission in the whole process, put forward high requirements for the energy-saving and efficient operation of lifting equipment. In this regard, our company carried out a "tailored" type optimization design, and once again cooperated deeply with Zhanjiang Steel Group, signing a contract with nine double-beam bridge cranes for the three-cold rolling project.

32 sets Overhead Crane for Pakistan Lahore rail transit Orange line project
The Lahore Rail transit Orange Line project in Pakistan is an early harvest and demonstration project of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The successful implementation and smooth operation of the project will be of great significance to China and Pakistan. It is a large-scale rail transit project launched under the framework of the "Belt and Road" and the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The main line of the Orange Line project has a total length of 25.58 kilometers, and there are 26 stations on the whole line, including 24 elevated stations and 2 underground stations. We provided 32 sets of various types of lifting equipment for the project's car depot and parking lot for vehicle maintenance and commissioning.
