Operation method for wiring of single beam crane
A single beam crane usually refers to a single beam bridge crane, and the main beam of the bridge is often made of I-shaped steel or a combination of steel and steel plates. Generally, there are 9 wires connected to the handle of the electric hoist of a single beam crane. What is the wiring method for these 9 wires?
Firstly, it is necessary to clarify the purpose of these 9 wires, including 6 control wires for up, down, east, south, west, and north directions, and the other three wires for power, startup, and self-locking. The principle of wiring is generally to connect the power line to the emergency stop input line, the output line to the stop line, and the stop output line to the start input line
Next, the crane needs to be installed and the wire rope needs to be pulled. After the power line is fixed, the three wires are connected to the three screws on the left side of the lower row of terminals. After connection, the machine needs to be tested. If the wiring direction is found to be opposite, any two wires should be adjusted before testing.
When connecting the wiring in the driver's cab and control box, it is necessary to use plastic insulated wires for the control circuit, add a certain amount of spare wires according to the required quantity and length, and then thread them together into the conduit. According to the circuit diagram and wiring diagram, the wires after threading through the conduit should be calibrated, numbered, and wired. Insulated plastic pipes should be used for protection at the inlet and outlet of the conduit.
