3. The main beam of the crane was found during the trial lifting. The lifting capacity in practice is greater than the value planned for the device. This phenomenon has been observed at the installation site. The general reason is that the budget component presents a negative error; According to the on-site practice, the lifting load has been increased. When formulating the installation plan, it is necessary to fully consider this phenomenon. So when placing the crane, its orientation should have a high safety factor.
4. After the completion of the gantry crane device, it was found that the viewpoint of the flange connecting the support legs and the trolley beam was incorrect. It is necessary to make adjustments. The various supports or cable wind ropes of the support legs shall not be removed, and the joint weld between the flange and the support legs shall be cut open. Adjust the viewpoint before welding.
