2. Whether the anti-collision block at the end of the luffing running track is damaged
3. Whether the wire rope is damaged or abnormal
4. Whether the ladder, railings and walkways are bent or loose and not fixed
5. Whether the rainproof facilities in the machine room and electrical room are intact and kept clean
6. Whether the oil level of the reducer, whether the mounting screws are loose, and whether the appearance of the cable is damaged
7. Whether the lifting wire rope head is fixed, and whether the wire rope slips out of the drum groove
8. Check whether the trolley running mechanism has abnormal noise, abnormal vibration and impact
9. Check whether the variable amplitude running mechanism has abnormal noise, abnormal vibration and impact
10. Check whether the lifting mechanism has abnormal noise, abnormal vibration and impact
11. Is the rotation effective
12. Check whether the anti-climbing device of the trolley running mechanism is lowered
13. Check whether the reduction box of the lifting mechanism is leaking
The driver of the gantry crane has a lot of dust on its internal components due to long-term work and its working environment. Because it is a dynamic load working mode, it also makes the connected connectors loose. In such maintenance, the driver is disassembled, the static performance of the components is tested, and the internal parts are maintained accordingly.
