1. Lubrication

The working performance and life of each mechanism of the crane largely depend on lubrication.

When lubricating, the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical and electrical products refer to their own instructions, and the grease should be poured once a week on the trolley and the lifting girder car. The hoist is filled with industrial gear oil (SY1172-80) 200, and the oil level should be checked frequently and supplemented in time.

2.wire rope

Attention should be paid to the broken wire of the wire rope. If there is a broken wire, broken strand or wear to reach the scrap standard, should be replaced in time with a new rope.

sling

Spreaders should be checked regularly.

pulley set

Mainly check the wear of the rope groove, whether the rim is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

the wheel

Check the rim and tread regularly, and replace the new wheel when the rim part is worn or cracked to 10% thickness.

When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or serious scars on the tread should be re-polished.

6.brake

It should be checked once per shift.

The brake shall operate accurately and the pin shall not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe clearance should be equal when the brake is loosened.

7. reducer oil leakage causes and preventive measures

There are three common reasons for reducer oil leakage:

Due to the unreasonable design of the manufacturer: there is no special air vent in the design process or the design defect such as the air vent is too small will cause the internal and external pressure imbalance of the reducer and leakage failure, resulting in the lubricating oil leakage failure of the reducer. It may also be that the connection surface of the reducer is not tightly sealed during long-term use, resulting in leakage.

The limited processing technology level causes the precision of the contact surface of the box to be insufficient, so the sealing performance is poor and oil leakage occurs.

Due to improper maintenance by the operator or maintenance personnel in the daily use process, the internal pressure is higher than the external pressure, and the amount of oil is too much, and the fasteners are not tightened, which will cause the combination surface between the two boxes is not strict, resulting in oil leakage.

In order to effectively prevent oil leakage in the reducer, the manufacturer should improve the process level and optimize the design scheme: the ventilation device can be added to the refueling hole cover to ensure that the internal and external pressure is balanced and smooth. At the same time, in the design process, the process precision between the two boxes should be improved, so as to prevent oil leakage caused by the contact surface is not strict. At the same time, in the daily use process, it is also necessary to do a good job of maintenance work, and regularly check whether the ventilation hole, oil amount, box, fasteners, etc., is in a regular state.
