Electromagnetic bridge crane code
The basic structure of the electromagnetic bridge crane is the same as that of the hook bridge crane, but the difference is that a DC lifting electromagnet (also called electromagnetic chuck) is suspended on the hook for lifting magnetic ferrous metals and their products. Electromagnetic bridge cranes usually convert AC power into DC power through an electric generator set installed on the bridge or a thyristor DC box installed in the cab, and then transmit the DC power to the lifting electromagnet through a soft cable through a special cable drum on the trolley frame.
Dual-purpose bridge crane.
There are three types of dual-purpose bridge cranes: grab hook bridge crane, electromagnetic hook bridge crane and grab hook electromagnetic bridge crane. It is characterized by two independent lifting mechanisms on a trolley, one for grab and one for hook (or one for electromagnetic chuck and one for hook, or one for grab and one for electromagnetic chuck), but the two lifting mechanisms cannot be used at the same time.
Three-purpose bridge crane.
The three-purpose bridge crane is a multi-purpose crane. Its basic structure is the same as that of the electromagnetic bridge crane. According to the needs, the hook can be used to lift the heavy objects, or a hydraulic grab can be hung on the hook to load and unload the materials. The grab can be removed and then the magnetic ferrous metal can be lifted with an electromagnetic suction cup. The hydraulic grab is powered by an AC power supply, and the electric disc is powered by a DC power supply. Therefore, this type of crane must be equipped with an electric generator set or a thyristor DC power supply box, just like an electromagnetic bridge crane. This type of crane is suitable for material places where equipment is frequently replaced.
Power station bridge crane.
The basic structure of the power station bridge crane is the same as that of the hook bridge crane, but the performance requirements are relatively high, requiring accurate positioning, stable operation, safety and reliability, and is suitable for the installation and maintenance of generator sets and auxiliary equipment.
Explosion-proof bridge crane.
The structure of this crane is basically the same as that of the hook bridge crane. Only the whole set of electrical settings used has explosion-proof performance. The walking wheel in contact with the track should be made of a material that is not easy to generate friction sparks to prevent the sparks generated during the use of the crane from causing explosions or combustion accidents. It is mainly used in workshops, warehouses or other places with flammable and explosive items.
According to the use environment, mine explosion-proof cranes (except coal mines) are defined as Class I, and factory explosion-proof cranes are defined as Class II.
Class II cranes are divided into three levels: a, b, and c according to the maximum test safety gap or minimum ignition current ratio of electrical equipment suitable for explosive gas mixtures, and are divided into four groups: T1-T4 according to the maximum surface temperature.
Insulated bridge crane.
The structure of this crane is basically the same as that of a general hook bridge crane. Just to prevent the current of the live equipment from being transmitted to the crane through the hoisted objects, endangering the safety of the driver, it is necessary to set three insulation devices on the hook group, trolley frame and trolley (or under the trolley track). Mainly used in aluminum and magnesium smelting plants.
Metallurgical bridge crane.
Metallurgical bridge cranes can be divided into different types according to their uses (loading cranes, container cranes, casting cranes, wire-laying cranes, clamp cranes, cover cranes, forging cranes and quenching cranes). The main structure is basically the same as that of the hook bridge crane, and the object-taking device is mostly dedicated. It is mainly used for lifting operations in metallurgical workshops, with a large lifting capacity, up to hundreds of tons.
Fixed bridge crane.
The bridge crane is a device that places prefabricated beams on prefabricated piers. Its main function is to lift the beams, then transport them to a suitable location and put them down. Bridge cranes can be divided into several types, such as erecting highway bridges, conventional railway bridges and passenger railway bridges.
Electric single-beam crane
The electric hoist trolley runs on the lower flange of the main beam, and the electric hoist is installed on the bridge crane under the main beam. It is mainly used for lifting goods in different occasions such as factories and warehouses.
Electric single-beam suspension crane.
It is mainly composed of electric hoist, metal structure, trolley running mechanism, feeding device and electrical device. It has the advantages of small size, low clearance, light weight and small wheel pressure. It is widely used to lift goods in different occasions such as factories, warehouses, yards, etc.
Electric crane.
The electric hoist crane uses a fixed electric hoist as the lifting mechanism, and the transmission device of the trolley and the trolley is also summarized by the electric hoist parts as much as possible. Compared with the above-mentioned general bridge crane, the electric hoist crane has light weight, low energy consumption, is easy to match with the standard product electric hoist, has a small pressure load on the plant, and is more economical in construction and use. It is increasingly widely used in general occasions in small and medium-sized lifting ranges.
Explosion-proof beam crane.
Only the whole set of electrical settings used has explosion-proof performance. The running wheels in contact with the track should be made of materials that are not easy to generate friction sparks to prevent sparks generated during the use of the crane from causing explosions or combustion accidents. It has a simple structure, a small appearance, a light weight, and is easy to install, use and maintain. It is mainly used in workshops, warehouses or other places with flammable and explosive items.
