The wear and corrosion of the wire rope surface is less than 40% of the wire diameter, and the broken wire is less than 10% of the total number of wires within a distance, without broken ends, obvious thinning, core disengagement, dead corner twisting, extrusion deformation, annealing, and burning. The clamps, pressure plates, and wedges that connect and fix the ends of the wire rope are connected intact and not loose, with no less than 2 pressure plates and no less than 3 clamps. The drum has no cracks, and the connection and fixation are not loose; the drum wall wear is less than 20% of the original wall thickness; the safety roll is not less than 2 turns, and the ratio of the drum and wire rope diameter meets the requirements. The balance wheel is fixed intact, and the wire rope should meet the requirements. The brake has no cracks, no looseness, no serious wear, the brake clearance is equal on both sides and the size is appropriate, there is sufficient braking force, and the brake band wear is less than 50% of the original thickness.
