Installation precautions when using an electric hoist
1) Please memorize the instructions and nameplates before operating.
2) Please adjust the upper and lower limit stop blocks before lifting the object.
3) Please confirm the reliability of the brake condition before use.
4) If any abnormal conditions such as bending, deformation, corrosion, or wire rope breakage exceeding the specified requirements are found before use, do not operate it.
5) Before installation and use, please use a 500V megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor and control box. The cold resistance at room temperature should be greater than 5M Ω before use.
6) Please do not lift objects that exceed the rated load capacity, which is indicated on the lifting hook nameplate.
7) It is prohibited to carry people on the lifted object, and electric hoists should not be used as the lifting mechanism of elevators to carry people.
8) No one is allowed under the lifted object.
9) Lifting objects and hooks cannot be lifted while swinging.
10) Please move the gourd directly above the object before lifting it, and do not lift it diagonally.
11) The limiter is not allowed to be repeatedly used as a travel switch.
12) Do not lift objects connected to the ground.
13) Please do not overtighten the operation.
14) Do not pull other objects in front of the flashlight door wire.
15) Be sure to cut off the power before maintenance and inspection.
16) Maintenance and inspection work must be carried out in an unloaded state.
17) Please confirm whether the wedge block is securely and reliably installed before use.
