Detailed explanation of the crane safety protection device test
The balance performance test should be carried out according to the experimental method specified in J/T10218. It should be balanced, flexible in operation, accurate in limit and reliable in braking; the unbalanced force should comply with the provisions of J/T10218.
Check whether the crane safety protection device is set up according to the drawing requirements, and whether the test meets the following requirements:
1) The numerical error of the lifting weight display is ±5% of the indicated value;
2) When the lifting weight reaches 90%~95% of the rated lifting weight, it can be prompted. When the lifting weight reaches 108% of the rated lifting weight, the power supply in the lifting direction can be cut off, but the mechanism can move in the descending direction. Note: It is not required to set a prompt for a balanced cantilever crane, and the lifting device action point is 108% of the rated lifting weight.
1. Crane steel structure strength test (stress test) For newly designed cranes, stress tests should be carried out on them according to the stress area of the main load-bearing structure determined by the design documents, and then analysis opinions should be put forward, a separate experimental report should be issued, and a clear conclusion should be made.
2. Explosion-proof performance test The crane operates each mechanism under wear and rated load in the absence of light, and repeatedly observes whether there is sparking.
3. Other test items The type test organization conducts tests on the test items related to equipment safety and performance based on the prototype structure type and design documents, which should meet the design and use requirements.
