With the implementation of major projects such as strong industrial foundation, intelligent manufacturing, and green manufacturing, Henan Mine once again took up the banner of intelligent manufacturing in the lifting equipment industry, and contracted two unmanned grab cranes, which were used in Baowu Group Shaoguan Iron and Steel Plant 250,000 tons rotary hearth furnace project. The products of this project are customized and developed for the rotary hearth furnace steelmaking process according to the strategic requirements of Shaogang's intelligent manufacturing, providing a strong support for the realization of its true system-wide "one-key steelmaking".

1. Accurate positioning within 5mm
The crane has the functions of three-dimensional scanning, automatic positioning, automatic identification, automatic avoidance, automatic grabbing and other functions. The positioning accuracy of equipment positioning and repeated operation is within 5 mm.
2. Unmanned on-duty, green production
Operators can easily operate by sitting in the office 1000 meters away, avoiding the influence of dusty environment. Since the equipment was put into use, the work intensity of the workers has been greatly reduced, and the machine has been running smoothly. Everyone from the crane workers to the management has responded well, attracting batches of metallurgical industry units to visit.
3. The degree of intelligence has a high standard
At present, the unmanned level of this equipment can be regarded as a relatively high level in China, which has attracted the attention of Beiqi Institute. The two parties jointly formulated the testing and inspection standards, and set a model in terms of testing standards in the same industry.
