Great news! The 100-ton double-girder gantry crane manufactured by Henan Province Mine Crane Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as MineCrane)for a Chinese nuclear power project successfully passed the factory acceptance on November 8.
During the acceptance process, the project team conducted various high-precision tests on the crane, including heavy-load movement and positioning. All tests met the acceptance standards, receiving unanimous approval from the customer.
Up to now, the company has produced more than 100 sets of high-precision, anti-sway, and high-quality cranes for this project. The technical advantages of these cranes include:
- Servo Control for Precise Positioning: Both the large and small carriages are controlled by servo systems, with a minimum point-to-point distance of 0.5mm.
- Smooth Lifting with Accurate Anti-Sway: The lifting frequency vector control and PLC precise anti-sway mechanism ensure smooth lifting, with a positioning accuracy of within 5mm.
- Modular Design for Fine Structure: The modular design enhances the overall structure's refinement and high degree of universality, thereby increasing the utilization of components.
- Dual Brake for Safety and Reliability: The lifting mechanism is equipped with dual brakes, ensuring that the rated load does not slip and providing a high level of safety.
