Listen to the voice of customers and jointly shape the quality of "ore source". April of each year is the quality activity month of Henan Mine. As the seventh of the company's 2025 Quality Month series of activities, this special quality survey action is led by senior executives of the company's quality assurance, process, technology, after-sales and other departments. A special survey team of more than 20 people has been formed to visit key areas such as Beijing, Xinjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Yinchuan, Heilongjiang, and Chengdu in depth, involving dozens of key industries such as wind power, shipbuilding, steel, new materials, and machinery manufacturing. The purpose is to build a bridge for customer communication through multi-dimensional quality control measures, build a solid quality backing for market expansion, and demonstrate the company's customer-first and consistent quality service concept.
Deeply explore customer needs and further improve product quality
The research team went deep into the customer production line and collected customers' opinions and suggestions on product performance, appearance and craftsmanship, after-sales service, etc. in an all-round way through the "on-site testing + communication + research feedback" model. Customers fully affirmed the company's product quality and thoughtful service.
During Quality Month, the company conducted quality surveys across the country and improved the quality of its products and services through pragmatic measures such as "getting closer to customers, meeting their needs, and improving services."
Quality investigation is a "physical examination" of quality. We will take the results of quality investigation as an opportunity to continuously optimize the quality control system, so that each lifting equipment will become a quality benchmark of "safety, reliability and stable quality" and polish the "Kuangyuan" brand.
