Through the special competitions for lathe operators and welders, commendations and rewards are given based on comprehensive assessments such as the contestants' competition results, daily quality control, and personal work performance, creating a good atmosphere for learning from each other and catching up, and building a modern industrial workforce with strong comprehensive qualities.
Quality forward: control product quality from the source
"Quality forward" runs through the entire production process. All products are assembled one by one before leaving the factory, and each process undergoes strict quality inspection, which greatly improves the product quality level. The company also increases technological innovation and takes the lead in building the first laboratory in China that focuses on comprehensive performance (life) testing of cranes. At the same time, 9 crane test benches have been built to provide a scientific basis for the design optimization, quality control and life prediction of cranes, ensuring their safety and reliability during use.
Quality survey: Insight into demand to promote quality improvement
Quality survey is an important measure for the company to accurately grasp market demand and improve the quality of products and services. Led by senior executives from quality assurance, process, technology, after-sales and other departments, a special survey team of more than 20 people was formed to visit key areas such as Beijing, Xinjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Yinchuan, Heilongjiang, and Chengdu in depth, involving dozens of key industries such as wind power, shipbuilding, steel, new materials, and machinery manufacturing. Through multi-dimensional and comprehensive quality surveys, it provides a scientific and accurate basis for the company's product development and quality improvement, ensuring that the company's products and services always meet market demand and further enhance its comprehensive market competitiveness.
Based on the information collected and the problems found in the quality survey, the company took prompt action to carry out improvement and upgrading work. Through systematic technical improvements, the product can achieve an all-round leap in terms of function, quality and user experience, enhance the quality of the "Kuangyuan" brand, and meet customer and market needs with better products.
