These cranes utilize a control system integrating variable-frequency drives (VFDs) and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The hoisting mechanism is equipped with an encoder, while the trolley and bridge travel mechanisms employ "Gray code" bus positioning technology, ensuring precise and stable movement. Furthermore, the cranes feature 3D scanning and visual inspection systems, enabling accurate material identification, intelligent positioning, automated grasping, obstacle avoidance, and integrated anti-sway functionality.
Unmanned Operation: Energy-Efficient and Highly Productive
The entire operation is fully automated, requiring no manual intervention. The equipment is fitted with intelligent spreaders equipped with integrated sensors to ensure comprehensive safety during lifting. A dedicated server in the central control room runs a Warehouse Control System (WCS) for intelligent scheduling and a Warehouse Management System (WMS), allowing for the complete data logging of every lifting and handling task.
