Equipment and Materials Purchasing Center organized Baosteel Zhanjiang The joint inspection and acceptance of the cranes of the No. 3 blast furnace system project, all the inspection data meet the requirements of the A inspection outline, and fully meet the user's drawings and design requirements.
The inspection team checked the crane self-inspection report, material report, flaw detection report and other materials produced by our company, and carried out equipment static inspection, equipment dynamic inspection, and equipment structural size inspection for each crane. According to the content of the technical agreement, drawings and inspection outline, a no-load electrification test was finally carried out.
This A-inspection was led by Hu Shengchao, the executive deputy general manager of the company, and organized relevant personnel from the process department, technology department, quality assurance department, production and production team to cooperate with the A-inspection experts to do a good job in every link and strictly control the details. It lasted two years. Today, the A inspection work was a complete success. The experts affirmed our company's design and manufacturing process and recognized our company's excellent product quality.
